While the 2nd round of the Cyprus Showdown did not come to an end this Friday, it is for the moment Jamie Donaldson who is leading. The Welshman handed in a canon of -7 but he still has 3 holes to register new birdies. At -12 total, he is ahead of 2 men at once.

Romain Langasque follows in 4th place. The French took out of his bag a card of 66 (-5) and qualifies for the rest of the competition. Remember that the cut will only retain the 32 best players in the field and tied and that the scores will be reset to zero for the start of the third round.

On the French side, Alexander Levy, 9th (-9) is also guaranteed to be there for the third day. Joël Stalter and Antoine Rozner are currently in 21st place in -6, like 11 other players. But there are still 3 and 6 holes to complete for the two players to definitively validate their ticket for the next round.
