Nicholas Latifi is leaving for a tour of Williams Racing in 2021 after a convincing first season and, clearly, due to substantial monetary contributions.
The Canadian will be hoping to not be left too far behind his highly-rated teammate, Briton George Russell, and rating factors for the Grove-based squad as a lot as doable.
The former Formula 2 driver will now not be a novice this season: this change of place will inevitably change his method to tackling every Grand Prix in 2021.
“I’m setting myself ambitious goals for the season and one in particular, comments Nicholas. I just want to progress. The weakness from last year that I need to improve is qualifying. The pace of the race changes naturally with experience, but if I pass my qualifications, the races will be easier. “
“No longer being a beginner in F1 will change my approach, having more experience makes me feel more comfortable. I was able to drive on all the circuits and know what an F1 weekend was like, and have more confidence ” continues the North American.
“I’m comfortable to be returning to Bahrain for this new marketing campaign as a result of the low season has been lengthy, particularly for the reason that winter checks have been postponed by one or two weeks. It felt like a longer break however there was a lot of apply and preparation. “
