Günther Steiner returned to the stage taken by Haas F1 Team final weekend in Abu Dhabi. The youngest construction on the grid has certainly celebrated its one centesimal Grand Prix, which is a supply of delight for its director.
“The whole team can be very proud, but what I’m most proud of is that we continue” Steiner stated. “This is not our 100th, this is our first 100. There will be many more to come.”

“We have to improve and I think it’s great to reach that number of 100 races which on the one hand is a big number but compared to other teams is still a small number.”
“We have established ourselves quite well in the F1 world. We are well recognized. I think we are welcome here, and it is thanks to all the people who work or have worked for Haas F1.”
He reveals that solely six individuals took half in all the races, regardless that many staff have been a part of the adventure from the begin: “There are people who were here from the start but who sometimes had a marriage or who, for health reasons, could not attend.”
“But there are only six people who were actually on the track for the 100 races. There are a few disappointed people who made it 99 and watched the 100th on TV, that doesn’t count.”
