TheSaint-Malo Athletic Agreement organizes in the Saint-Servan district, this Friday, July 2, 2021, the second version of ” 10 km from Saint-Malo Aquila RH Race, also known as the Servanten.
More than 500 runners are expected at the start of this second edition, unfortunately postponed last year due to the health crisis. In 2019, 385 runners crossed the finish line.
Two races on the program
New this year with two races on the program : ” Caterpillar ” (a 5 km loop, departure at 7.15 p.m.) and “the Russian Mountains” (2 loops, i.e. 10 km, departure at 7:30 p.m.).
The route promises to be as splendid as it is demanding with passages through Bas Sablons beach, the Cité d’Alet and the Corbières park. The start and finish will be at Place Bouvet.
For the benefit of Bastien
750 bibs are available for the 10 km race (€ 10 commitment) and 250 others for the 5 km (€ 7 commitment). Registrations are open on the NextRun site and still possible until midday tomorrow, Wednesday June 30, 2021.
Part of the commitments will be donated to the “Fight For Life 35 Tous Pour Bastien” association. Bastien is a 7 year old boy who suffers from Duchenne muscular dystrophy. He will be at the start of the race he will do in a joëlette.
A European champion for godmother
Note additionally the participation of Christelle Daunay, godmother of the race, European champion of the marathon in 2014 and nonetheless French document holder of the marathon and half-marathon.
